I went to pick up this Santa in person from Norma after dropping off my beautiful dolls at The Biltmore Estate. Norma is a precious elf, a sweetheart, and a great inspiration to me.Her creations and she herself are so adorable.
The santa above in teal is one i've made wth a head from Norma. The purple one is as seen with Norma above. I added the doggie, the squirrel and the reindeer for props but I swap my displays about all the time.
Santa above came with a paper mache boot but today he is riding a moose...see some on my "Moose" page...he is gorgeous.Below is a German fox and Norma's candy container Santa. I made his mink collar to keep the chills away. This one below is made with Dresden decorations...he can also be made into a Santa doll.
This is a real fur bear...very old and very expensive. He looks great with this copy of an antique German santa she created. I made the children.
This Santa is Norma's seen below with the Mrs Claus I made from her "NAST" mold. The jack in the box is created by Norma.I made the dog in Santa's arms. Norma said that Mrs C looks like she is having the time of her life. I agree. I just love it.
The Santa on the right is also a candy container. I sold the horse toy...but I have more.BIG Santa dolls are about 20 -30 inches high for these heads when I make them.
